DIGITAL CONTROLLER

The thermostat is located on the front of the unit. It is equipped with Advanced System Protection that has alarms to alert you if certain parameters aren’t met.

BOTTLE PROBE

The unit accurately measures the temperature of wine in the cellar using a liquid temperature measuring probe. Measuring the temperature of a liquid is a more direct and accurate reflection of the temperature of the wines stores in the cellar than measuring the ambient cellar air.

CENTRIFUGAL BLOWER

The new SC Pro utilizes a revamped fan system that boasts a significant direct, robust airflow. This blower revolution allows for even quieter operation and is designed to push conditioned air effectively throughout the room for even distribution.

CONDENSATE EVAPORATOR

A new advanced condensate management system will effectively evaporate up to 3 ounces of condensate per hour of operation. This management system renders the drain line as an additional safeguard rather than a definite need.

POWER SUPPLY

Power can be supplied from the front or the rear of the unit, whichever works best for you. The unit plugs in to your standard electrical outlet for power.
